How it all began
Australian hospitality veteran, Brigette Green brought Green Design Group to life in 2018.
After a 30-year career working in all nooks of the hospitality industry – including an extensive career in kitchen design and equipment – Brigette decided to launch her own business creating commercial kitchens.
Today, Green Design Group is a strong team of equally ardent food and hospitality specialists.
We each bring years of experience in the field – from bars and cafes to hotels and restaurants. So we know what makes a commercial kitchen thrive from the inside.

Meet The Team
Jo is our Project Design Manager, having an extensive and varied experience in the Food Industry her role has been key in the delivery of each project. Jo is committed to environmentally friendly design which sees the reduction of chemical use and demonstrates improved energy saving practices.
Xavier Fernandez Mas
Xavi is our BIM Manager and Lead Architect! Since graduating from Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura – Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, with a Master’s in BIM Management Steering.
Shehani is our newest member of our growing Green Design Group! She’s had a background in Interior Design, worked across a range of different sectors, and now is currently finishing her Bachelor’s in Architecture.
Justin is the Systems and Project Manager for Green Design Group, this comes after having experience in project management, facilities management, security management and planning, master planning and property auditing.
