How it all began

At Green Design Group, we know you need a kitchen that’s as eye-catching as it is practical and profitable. As down-to-earth designers with decades of hospitality experience, we can deliver you a kitchen that functions as brilliantly as it looks.   

Australian hospitality veteran, Brigette Green brought Green Design Group to life in 2018.

After a 30-year career working in all nooks of the hospitality industry – including an extensive career in kitchen design and equipment – Brigette decided to launch her own business creating commercial kitchens. 

Today, Green Design Group is a strong team of equally ardent food and hospitality specialists.

 

We each bring years of experience in the field – from bars and cafes to hotels and restaurants. So we know what makes a commercial kitchen thrive from the inside.

Locally proud with international traction, we deliver striking commercial kitchen designs across Australia, North America and the Pacific Islands.

Brigette is the Director and Founder of Green Design Group! She has had a diverse experience of over 25 years within the hospitality industry. Her skills have seen her deliver outcomes of an exceptional standard as a chef, sales manager, design consultant and now company director.

Xavi is our BIM Manager and Lead Architect! Since graduating from Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura – Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, with a Master’s in BIM Management Steering.

With a career spanning 44 years in the food service industry with extensive experience in food service design, contractor manufacturing, project estimating and equipment sales. Trevor adds a strong overall perspective to our team as our Project Design Consultant – Northern Region looking after QLD, Northern NSW, NT & Pacific Islands.

Justin is the Project and Administration Manager for Green Design Group, this comes after having experience in project management, facilities management, security management and planning, master planning and property auditing.

Ben brings a fresh perspective to the team. With a rich family heritage in Melbourne’s food scene, Ben’s experience has crossed over from food production & BIM Modelling.

Ben's designs are multifaceted,  he strives to create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, focused on function & efficiencies.

Adrianna has over a decade of facilities management experience in coordinating multi-site institutions. Her healthcare background as a document controller adds attention to detail and regulatory compliance expertise, enhancing her ability to manage communications and processes for her team effectively.
