Australian hospitality veteran, Brigette Green founded Green Design Group in 2018, bringing her vision of creating exceptional commercial kitchens to life. With a 30-year career spanning every corner of the hospitality industry - including a significant focus on kitchen design and equipment - Brigette combined her extensive expertise with a passion for innovation to establish Green Design Group.

Brigette Green
Brigette is the Director and Founder of Green Design Group, bringing over 25 years of diverse experience within the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional skill and versatility as a chef, sales manager, design consultant, and now as a company director. Her extensive background and multifaceted expertise have consistently enabled her to deliver outcomes of an exceptional standard across various roles and responsibilities. Brigette’s leadership and vision continue to drive Green Design Group's success and innovation in the industry.

Jo Phillips
Jo is our Project Design Manager, having an extensive and varied experience in the Food Industry her role has been key in the delivery of each project. Jo is committed to environmentally friendly design which sees the reduction of chemical use and demonstrates improved energy saving practices.
With a career spanning 44 years in the food service industry with extensive experience in food service design, contractor manufacturing, project estimating and equipment sales. Trevor adds a strong overall perspective to our team as our Project Design Consultant – Northern Region looking after QLD, Northern NSW, NT & Pacific Islands.

Chris is a foodservice expert with 25+ years of experience across Asia Pacific, specializing in commercial kitchen design, equipment specification, and regional business development.
He delivers efficient, code-compliant kitchen solutions across hospitality, healthcare, and education. Chris has led projects from concept to completion and driven market growth across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and East Asia.
With global consulting experience and credentials in facility design (FCSI, UK/EU), he combines technical precision with practical, client-focused results.

Adrianna Nalej
CFSP
Justin is the Project and Administration Manager for Green Design Group. He has extensive experience in project management, facilities management, security management, planning, master planning, and property auditing. This diverse background allows him to oversee complex projects and administrative tasks effectively, ensuring the success of Green Design Group's initiatives.
Xavi is our BIM Manager and Lead Architect! Since graduating from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura del Valles and receiving his Masters in Architecture from UPC (Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya), with a Master’s in BIM Management.
Adrianna has over a decade of facilities management experience in coordinating multi-site institutions. Her healthcare background as a document controller adds attention to detail and regulatory compliance expertise, enhancing her ability to manage communications and processes for her team effectively.
