Director
Brigette, Director and Founder of Green Design Group, brings over 25 years of multifaceted experience in the hospitality industry. Her journey—spanning hands-on roles as a chef, strategic positions in sales, and impactful work as a design consultant—has shaped a leader with both creative vision and operational insight.
As the driving force behind Green Design Group, Brigette fuses functionality with aesthetic excellence, delivering results that not only exceed expectations but also champion environmental responsibility. Her deep commitment to sustainability informs every project, from the selection of energy-efficient equipment to design solutions tailored to the unique needs of hospitality spaces.
Drawing from her culinary background, Brigette places strong emphasis on designing kitchens that flow intuitively, reducing bottlenecks and waste while enhancing staff efficiency and energy usage. Jo Phillips
Project Design Manager
Jo is our Project Design Manager, bringing extensive and diverse experience within the Food Industry to every initiative she leads. Her role has been pivotal in successfully delivering environmentally conscious design outcomes across multiple projects. Jo is deeply committed to sustainable design principles that reduce chemical usage, prioritize renewable materials, and support long-term energy efficiency.
With a strong focus on industry-recognized standards such as NABERS and Green Star, Jo champions the integration of benchmarked environmental performance into each stage of project planning and execution. Her approach ensures that our designs not only meet but exceed sustainability targets—driving reductions in carbon footprint, enhancing indoor environmental quality, and embedding resilience into every structure. Trevor Campbell

With an impressive career spanning over 44 years in the food service industry, Trevor brings a wealth of knowledge and deep expertise to every facet of our business. His extensive experience covers a broad spectrum of key areas including food service design, contractor manufacturing, project estimating, and equipment sales. Over the decades, Trevor has honed a comprehensive understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of the industry, enabling him to deliver practical, innovative, and results-driven solutions.

As our Project Design Consultant for the Northern Region—which includes Queensland, Northern New South Wales, Northern Territory, and the Pacific Islands—Trevor plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and execution of major projects. His holistic perspective, developed through years of hands-on involvement and leadership, makes him an invaluable member of our team. He combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit, helping clients achieve excellence in every phase of their food service ventures.
Chris Slater
Project Manager
Chris is a seasoned foodservice professional with over 25 years of experience across the Asia Pacific and European regions, bringing deep expertise in commercial kitchen design, equipment specification, and operational planning. Known for his strong design acumen, Chris translates complex operational requirements into functional, code-compliant, and high-efficiency kitchen spaces that deliver seamless workflow and long-term value.

His portfolio spans a broad spectrum of sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, education, and institutional foodservice. Chris has consistently delivered tailored solutions that marry aesthetic appeal with technical precision, ensuring every kitchen is built to perform under pressure while meeting stringent compliance standards.

Having led major projects in both Asia and Europe, Chris brings a global perspective to his work, balancing regional codes and cultural nuances with universally high standards of design and functionality. A respected regional leader, he drives collaborative project execution across diverse teams and stakeholders. Justin Harris - CFSP
Project and Administration Manger
Justin leads the design and delivery of large-scale commercial kitchen projects at Green Design Group, combining technical precision with strategic oversight. With deep expertise in facilities and project management, security systems, master planning, and property auditing, he ensures every kitchen space is purpose-built, compliant, and future-ready.

His proficiency with Revit enables seamless coordination between architectural, mechanical, and food service design elements—essential for managing complex builds where layout efficiency, workflow optimization, and health and safety standards are critical. Justin excels in integrating operational needs with cutting-edge design, whether it's for high-capacity culinary facilities, institutional kitchens, or retail food spaces.

Xavier Fernandez Mas
BIM Manager
Xavier graduated from Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura del Vallès and earned his Master’s in Architecture from UPC. After eight years leading ESTUDI 8 Arquitectes, he joined Urban Design under Carles Cugat i Maso.

In 2013, he relocated to Melbourne and entered the commercial kitchen design sector, gaining deep industry insight and familiarity with local market needs.
​
Embracing innovation, Xavier adopted Building Information Modelling (BIM) into his workflow and later completed a Master in BIM Management in 2018. His expertise now drives Green Design Group’s high-precision project documentation and execution, aligning with their mission to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.


Toby Zhou
BIM Modeler & Project Designer
Toby brings a unique dual background as both an Architectural Designer and Qualified Chef, specialising in commercial kitchen and hospitality design. He combines technical design expertise with first hand culinary experience to deliver efficient, ergonomic, and user-friendly spaces.

His experience covers a wide range of hospitality projects, from restaurants and cafés to stadiums and mobile food ventures. Skilled in work flow optimisation, food safety compliance, and space planning, Toby collaborates closely with architects, builders, and hospitality operators to create spaces that unite functionality with design excellence.
Adrianna Nalej - CFSP
Project Coordinator
Adrianna is an experienced Project Coordinator with over a decade of expertise in facilities management, where she orchestrated operations across multi-site institutions with precision and strategic insight. She has a proven ability to schedule and oversee daily workflows, manage resources, and align teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Her background in the healthcare sector as a Document Controller refined her skills in regulatory compliance and meticulous documentation—making her adept at managing communication channels, tracking deliverables, and maintaining transparency across stakeholders.
